How we teach

What every instructor here works to

Female instructors for girls

Separate female instructors are available for girls and women across the karate and self defence programmes. Nobody has to ask twice for it.

One correction at a time

Classes are kept to a size where an instructor can watch a single stance and fix it, rather than call the room through a routine.

The same syllabus everywhere

A student who moves between our dojos picks up exactly where they left off. One WKF-aligned syllabus, one grading standard, three venues.

Come and meet them

The best way to judge an instructor is to watch them teach for twenty minutes. Turn up and do exactly that.
